2019 Parade Judges
Glen Worthy is the Principal of James Hillhouse High School. A strong advocate for at-risked students, he ensures that all students of color receive a high quality education.
Glen received his Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Western Connecticut State University, Master of Science in School Counseling and a Sixth-Year Degree in School Administration. He is a doctoral candidate at Walden University. In addition, Worthy serves on various committees in the New Haven area, such as the Baselius of Chi Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity; District Keeper of Records & Seal for the 1st District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity; and on the Farnam Neighborhood House Board of Directors.
Darryl Huckaby was born and raised in New Haven/West Haven CT and attended Notre Dame H.S. West Haven. He holds a B.S. Accounting from Duquesne University and a M.S. Taxation from Georgetown University.
After working at various CPA firms in Washington DC as a Tax Accountant/Manager, Darryl began a career in the radio & music Industries that has spanned over 20 years, including positions as: Morning Show Co-Host & Program Director WNHC New Haven, Program Director WKYS Washington DC, VP Programming Radio One Washington DC, VP Operations Nationally Syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show, Marketing Consultant Def Jam Interactive and Mid-Atlantic Director of Urban Promotions Warner Bros Records.
